Police, emergency services and an ambulance are alerted to County Road 957 following a traffic accident.

According to initial reports, it is a single-vehicle accident involving a passenger car that collided with a tree.

At the scene, the car in question and a man in his 50s, suspected of having been driving the car, are found.

The man shows signs of being under the influence. He is taken by ambulance to hospital for a check-up and further testing.

A report of drunk driving is filed.
