Police are at the scene on another matter on Kaserngatan when it proves completely impossible to contact an unresponsive man in an apartment. Under the Police Act, the patrols therefore enter the apartment. The man, who is in his 20s, is fine, but 16 litres of spirits suspected of having been smuggled into the country are found at the same time. 
The spirits are seized, and the man is suspected of unlawfully handling smuggled goods.
