A fraudulent text message leads a woman in her 80s to contact scammers by phone, where they frighten and pressure her. They keep her on the phone until another scammer arrives at her home to collect her gold. The woman then hands over a bag of gold to the scammer, who leaves the scene. 
A short while later, the woman realizes that she has been the victim of a crime and calls 112. At this time, there is no suspect, and the police have filed a report of fraud.
