00.13. A woman in her mid-20s is stopped for a check in the Bro area. She is suspected of driving under the influence of drugs and minor drug offence, personal use.

Assault, Karlstad
02.45. A boy in his late teens tells the patrol that an unknown person struck him on the cheek in Tingvallastaden. The patrol files a report of assault with no suspect. 

The patrols have carried out 23 checks of people and vehicles without incident and handled incoming calls that did not result in a report or any action. No serious crimes have come to the police’s attention from 22.00 onwards. However, there has been a high level of intoxication in some areas. Värmland Police District has handled 18 cases related to drunkenness.
