Police, the emergency services and an ambulance are called to a traffic accident on Malmöleden near Närlunda. 

According to initial reports, it is a single-vehicle accident involving a motorcycle that collided with a pole or a traffic island. 

The driver, a man in his 20s, is taken to hospital by ambulance but is later pronounced dead. His next of kin have been informed. 

The motorcycle is towed from the scene and impounded for further examination.

Police have been finished at the scene since 05:00. 

The accident will be investigated.
