The theft is alleged to have taken place during the afternoon.

Shortly after 6:30 p.m., a man returns with the car. 

Police go to the scene. The man is checked and arrested. He is suspected of unlawful use of a vehicle, driving without a licence, driving under the influence of drugs and a minor drug offence. Samples are taken. 

An interview will be conducted. After that, a prosecutor will decide whether or not the man should be detained.
