The alarm is received via SOS and in total, three people are believed to have been involved. All are out of their vehicles and awake and able to speak. One of them reports initial neck/back pain. One of the cars is blocking part of the traffic at an intersection. Rescue services, ambulance, and police have been called to the scene.
