23.22 Wildlife Accident, Gällivare:
Police receive a report of an accident involving a smaller truck and a reindeer on E10, Hakkas. No personal injuries are reported. The reindeer died in connection with the accident and the concerned Sami community is informed of this.

01.35 Fire, Älvsbyn:
Alarm about a fire on the top floor of a villa in Älvsbyn. Police patrol is ordered to the scene. No person is reported to be in the villa. Rescue service is working with extinguishing. The patrol is conducting an interrogation.

There is no suspicion of a crime in connection with the fire and by 4 o'clock, the police are clear on the scene.

02.31 Wildlife Accident, Gällivare:
Police receive a report of an accident involving a truck and a reindeer on E10, Björkberget. No personal injuries are reported. It is unclear how the reindeer fared. The concerned Sami community is informed of the accident.

06.28 Wildlife Accident, Luleå:
Police receive a report of an accident involving a passenger car and an elk on Kallaxvägen between Edet and Kallax. No personal injuries are reported. It is unclear how the elk fared and a tracker is called out.

06.35 Traffic Control, Boden:
Everyone checked at a traffic control on national road 97, Sävastön, is without comment.

Police have also performed checks of people and vehicles that have not resulted in any suspicion of a crime.
