The man, in his 20s, is taken in for a blood test. He is initially suspected of speeding, narcotics offense of personal use, and driving under the influence. 

06:19, traffic accident – Bollebygd
Via SOS comes an alarm about a traffic accident on Highway 40 near Grandalsmotet. According to the caller, the road is slippery. 
The accident is said to be a single-vehicle accident, where a woman slipped and spun into the median with a car. There are no reports of injury. Traffic disruption is mainly in the direction of Gothenburg. Emergency services are alerted to the scene.
