Police go to an address in Gudö where a 60-year-old man has used a gardening tool to smash a window. 
The man had been on a temporary visit to the address but instead of leaving the premises, he has begun acting irrationally and intoxicated. Police take the man into custody with the support of the LOB (law on the apprehension of intoxicated persons). He is suspected of narcotics offense of personal use, breach of the peace, and vandalism. 

A report is also filed for theft as police find a stolen car at the address. The car is seized.
