Shortly after 5:00 p.m., police are called to an address in central Linköping following a violent situation involving a fight between two men. According to reports, some kind of object used as a weapon may have been involved.

Police arrive at the scene, and the situation is soon under control. They speak with the parties involved about what happened, and a short while later a man in his 30s is arrested on suspicion of aggravated assault. The other man involved is not believed to have suffered serious injuries.

A police patrol has spoken with witnesses and later left the scene.
