14:22 Sandaesplanaden, Sandbacka, Umeå: A penalty notice is issued to a driver who was driving at 73 kilometres per hour in a 60-kilometre-per-hour zone.

15:14 County Road 363, Vindeln: A penalty notice is issued to a driver who was driving at 115 kilometres per hour in an 80-kilometre-per-hour zone. The driver’s licence is seized.

17:06 Häradsvägen, Vindeln: A penalty notice is issued for driving a trailer that is prohibited from being driven.
