The police receive information about an ongoing break-in at an office building in Polacksbacken. Police are ordered to the scene and when the patrol arrives at the address, security guards have found a person, a 55-year-old man, who remains when the police arrive at the scene.

Several smashed windows are found, but the police's assessment is that no one has entered the building. The man is taken into custody by the patrol according to the LOB, the law on the apprehension of intoxicated persons.

An application is made for attempted theft through break-in.
