Several people call about a man who is screaming and kicking at shop windows and cars in the area around Upplandsgatan. The man is in his 45s and is taken into custody by the police with the support of the LOB (law on the apprehension of intoxicated persons).
He is suspected of vandalism and attempted vandalism. The only damage that could be confirmed during the night concerns a smashed windscreen of a car.
