Police stop and check a passenger car in central Umeå. Suspicion arises that both the driver and the passenger, two women in their 40s, are under the influence of drugs.

Samples are taken and interviews are conducted. Reports are to be filed concerning suspected drunk driving and minor drug offences involving personal use, as well as suspected minor drug offences involving personal use. The driver’s licence is also seized.

The cases are handled using the fast-track prosecution method.
