Police regional command center handled over 70 cases related to Jönköping County during the night between 22:00 and 07:00.

Two arrested after outdoor brawl
Shortly after 02:00, police were alerted to a location outside a restaurant in Tranås where it is alleged that a violent brawl is taking place with many people involved. It is also reported that some sharp objects were used. Upon arrival, three men are found who are believed to have been beaten, one of whom has sustained some form of injury from a sharp object. This person is then taken to the hospital. At present, there are no indications of a very serious injury. After further work on the case, police arrest two men in their 20s, both suspected of gross assault. They have since been detained.

Police have also handled cases related to intoxication and made various routine checks on their own initiative or following reports from the public.
