When a person working to block off Norra länken is assaulted while trying to prevent an unauthorized person from walking around in the tunnels.

The unauthorized person is a man in his 40s who is taken into custody by the police with support from the law on psychiatric compulsory care. We use electroshock weapons during the apprehension.
