A private individual noticed that a man had a knife in central Vänersborg. The private individual alerted the police, who were able to locate and control the man, who is in his 45-year-old. A knife was found among his belongings, and he was arrested for gross violation of the knife law. A report has also been filed for assault where the man is suspected and a person in their teenage years is the victim. No reports of personal injuries have come to our knowledge.
