Police regional command center has handled around 40 cases related to Jönköping County between 22:00 and 07:00.

00:17 Police and ambulance were alerted to a workplace accident at a company in Hillerstorp, Gnosjö, due to a woman in her 50s falling and hitting her head and arm. She was conscious and able to talk, but was taken to hospital by ambulance for further treatment. The police have spoken to the injured party at the hospital and a report of a workplace accident will be written.

00:30 During a routine vehicle and driver check on regional road 993 outside Kaxholmen, Jönköping, suspicion of drunk driving arose against the driver. The man in his 20s was taken in for further testing and questioning. The passenger in the car, also a man in his 20s, was suspected of minor drug offenses for personal use.

In addition to this, the police have had cases involving wild animal accidents with deer and wild boar, traffic offenses, traffic controls, and various other checks on their own initiative or after receiving calls from the public that did not lead to anything serious.

No more serious violent crimes have come to the police's knowledge.
