Karlstad at 23:00 Police are called to a hostel where an intoxicated man has gone “on a rampage” in a room. When police arrive, the vandalism is stopped and the patrol is able to arrest the man, who is now suspected of vandalism, a drug offence involving possession, and making a false alarm. The police patrol found suspected drugs in his room, and the suspicion of making a false alarm is due to the man having set off a fire alarm. The man is in his 20s.
Karlstad at 03:16 A somewhat unusual case in which police are called to a restaurant in central Karlstad.
