An off-duty police colleague calls in about a van driving erratically on the E18.
Among other things, the caller observes that the van’s driver is holding a mobile phone while driving.
A police patrol is sent to the scene and takes the driver, a man in his 30s, to the police station for a bodily examination. He is currently suspected of driving under the influence of drugs.
