Electric scooter stopped.
A police patrol stopped a person riding an electric scooter in central Surahammar. The electric scooter turned out to be travelling too fast, and the person riding it was under fifteen years old. A report of allowing unlawful driving is filed, as the person riding the vehicle was below the age of criminal responsibility.
