Complainant is said to have asked another man to tie up his dog, whereupon the man became aggressive and confrontational. The man is alleged to have hit the complainant and kicked his dog. He then left the scene. Police have been on the scene and conducted a complainant interrogation. Report of assault and property damage. The latter classification refers to the kick against the dog. Unknown perpetrator.
