Police alarm was sent to an address in Hässleholms municipality due to a death.

It concerns a woman who was found dead in a residence. There are circumstances surrounding the death and an investigation into murder is initiated in order to investigate the circumstances.

A man was apprehended in the morning. The man is now detained as reasonably suspected, i.e. on the lower level.

A technical examination will be conducted in the residence.

Next of kin have been informed about the death.
