11.04 the police are alerted to a traffic accident on Västra vägen in Linköping. A e-bike cyclist is said to have collided with a car and the car is said to have suffered minor damage. The e-bike cyclist, a man in his 30s, is uninjured. He is now suspected of committing a traffic ordinance offense by driving against a red light, as well as a minor narcotics offense for personal use.
