A boy is suspected of a crime in the center.

A police patrol stops and checks a 15-year-old boy when he shows signs of being under the influence of narcotics.

The boy is allowed to ride with the patrol for a urine test and the result of the test will show if he has committed a crime.

Social services and the custodians will be informed.
