Phone calls come in via SOS alarm from a woman who has hit an elk along road 252.

The woman is not injured and declines an ambulance, but she cannot see where the elk went.

The RLC commander of the police takes the decision to call a tracker to the scene.

Ten minutes later, a new caller rings in and has seen a "large elk" that is injured along road 252 in Surahammar.

The caller stops at the scene with hazard lights on waiting for the tracker to arrive.
