A police patrol decides to stop and inspect a vehicle on Stamvägen in Söderhamn.

The patrols suspect that the driver, a woman in her 30s, is under the influence of some form of narcotics. The woman is therefore taken in for a drug test.

A report is filed on drug driving and narcotics offense, own use. The police also take possession of the woman's driver's license.
