Center, a security guard draws the police's attention to two men at a bus stop.

Police arrive at the scene and find the men, who are in their 50s. One of the men had narcotics on him, he is suspected of minor drug offenses, possession. The other man had a knife-like object, he is suspected of violating the knife law. Reports are filed.
