Police have handled cases involving wildlife accidents and matters related to mental health, as well as conducted routine checks on their own initiative or in response to public alarm.

Theft from a vehicle, Eskilstuna:
Police have been checking several vehicles overnight to search for stolen tools. The reason is that police were alerted to an address in Berga, Eskilstuna at 03:00 last night, as a theft from a vehicle had occurred. The vehicle is said to have been stolen of several tools, through a broken rear door. Despite several checks in the surrounding area, the tools were not found during the night. A report of theft has been filed.
