A police patrol suspects a vehicle that they choose to stop on Tillberg Avenue.

The patrol suspects that the driver, a man in his 40s, is affected by narcotics and he is therefore taken in to provide a blood sample.

The man is suspected of driving under the influence of drugs and possession of small amounts of narcotics.
