22.29 Wild animal accident, Östersund:
Accident with a car and a deer on E45, Ångsta. There are no reports of personal injuries. The deer died in connection with the accident and a hunter is called out to take care of it.

23.55 Assault, Östersund:
Police are called to a residence in Östersund municipality where a man is suspected of assaulting a woman. The man is arrested at the address and later held by a prosecutor. The woman is seen by ambulance personnel. A report on assault has been drawn up.

Police have also carried out checks on people and vehicles that have not resulted in any suspicion of a crime.
