Police sirens sounded at an address in Olofström due to a man in his 20s being hit by a driver.

A man known to the injured party is suspected of the hit-and-run, he is later arrested at another address. It involves a man in his 30s, who is now suspected of attempted murder.

The injured person was taken to hospital by ambulance.

The police are on the scene.
