A woman calls the police and reports that she has been a victim of a scam.

The woman explains that she received an SMS from a sender who claimed to be a named payment service company. Thereafter, people came to the woman's residence, claiming that they came from a bank and that there would be problems with her bank card.

While the people were in the woman's residence, she was detained by a phone call. While the woman was talking on the phone, the people walked around in her residence and then disappeared from the apartment. When they left, she discovered that valuable items had disappeared.
