A woman received an SMS from a sender who claimed to be a door company. In the SMS, it was stated that her lock would be replaced.

The woman had since phone contact with a man who claimed to work at "the door company". The man told the woman that she had been the victim of a scam and that he would connect her to "the police". At the same time, the woman received a number series, which the man claimed was a "case number".

The man gave the woman instructions that a "civilian police officer" would come and pick up her valuables. He emphasized at the same time that she was not allowed to tell anyone that the valuables would be picked up.

After the woman received the home visit, she understands that she has been deceived. The woman calls the police, who send a patrol to file a police report.
