Cyclist hit by driver in A7 area.

A 10-year-old child who was cycling was hit by a driver on Monday morning. The child was bleeding from the mouth but was otherwise awake and able to speak. The injured party was taken to hospital for examination.

An investigation has been launched to investigate the circumstances surrounding the accident.
