Reports came in that a man had thrown stones through a storefront window in central Uppsala. The police rushed to the scene and it turned out that the man had left the area with various goods. 

A man matching the current description was found in the vicinity. The man, who is in his 20s, was apprehended according to the law on the apprehension of intoxicated persons (LOB) and was suspected of vandalism.
