Alarm comes in via SOS that a car has started burning in a garage building.

The fire spreads to the building and a carport next to it, both burning down to the ground.

In waiting for the fire department, the property owner manages to stop the spread to the residential house by spraying water on the facade.

The police suspect no crime.
