Police alarm about screams and thuds from an apartment. 
When the patrols enter the apartment, they are met by a man and a woman. The woman has visible marks all over her body and is taken to the hospital both for care and for documentation of the injuries. 
The man, who is in his 30s, is arrested and suspected of gross assault.
The apartment is cordoned off for technical examination and the patrols are conducting interrogations with the others who live in the house.
