Stenstan, the police are alerted to a drunk man in a bus shelter.
Police head to the scene and find the man, who is 75 years old. An assessment is made that he cannot take care of himself. He is taken into custody according to the LOB (Law on the Taking into Custody of Intoxicated Persons).
