Uddevalla, assault in a relationship
Police arrest a man, suspected of assault. The complainant is a woman who is in a relationship with the man. There is no information that the woman needed emergency medical care.
20:34 Gothenburg, sexual molestation
A woman contacts the police and says she saw an exhibitionist at Klippan, Kungsladugård. The exhibitionist, a man, is said to have followed the caller with his eyes but made no physical approach. Police search the nearby area, but do not find the perpetrator. The incident is being investigated as sexual molestation, perpetrator unknown.
22:10 Gothenburg, public endangerment
Police receive several calls about a loud bang near Brunnsbotorget. A caller sees smoke coming from a pedestrian tunnel. Several patrols are sent to the scene. Remains of what is believed to be a so-called banger are found in the pedestrian tunnel. A search is conducted in the nearby area, but no suspect is found. No one was physically injured in connection with the incident, which is classified as public endangerment.
23:01 Borås, traffic offence
Police stop a car on Åsvägen for a check. During the check, suspicion arises that the driver, a man in his 20s, drove under the influence, and he is taken for testing. A report is later filed for drug-impaired driving and a drug offence, personal use.
01:13 Uddevalla, driving without a licence
Police stop a car for a check at Torp. During the check, it turns out that the driver, a boy in his late teens, does not have a driving licence. His guardian is contacted and comes to the scene to pick him up. A report is filed for driving without a licence.
01:56 Mölndal, assault
Police are called to Lindome following an SOS call about an assault. A man in his 30s says he was held down and assaulted by several people on Sagbrovägen. The complainant has injuries to his face and reports nausea and dizziness. He is awake and able to speak, medical needs unknown. Police have gathered information for the investigation, but at the initial stage have not been able to locate the perpetrators. A report is filed for assault.
02:08 Lerum, attempted theft
Police receive a call about a break-in at a garage facility on Färgvägen. The door has been forced open and the caller sees signs that someone has been inside the premises. It is unclear whether anything has been taken. Police have been at the scene and conducted a crime scene investigation and secured some traces. Further investigative leads are being followed up. A report is filed for attempted theft by break-in.
