In the current assessment, it is believed that an object has exploded and there has been damage to a residential building. No one has been physically injured. A preliminary investigation has been launched into common public destruction.

The investigation work is ongoing, among other things, by searching for the perpetrator/persons, tracing evidence, and inventorying cameras in the area.
