Alarm was received about a traffic accident on Eriksbergsgatan in Gävle. The police rushed to the scene where a cyclist had been hit by a car. The cyclist, a man in his 70s, was taken to hospital with unclear injury status.

The police are to investigate how the accident occurred. No one has been given suspicion in the matter.
