Car fire in Norrköping
Shortly after midnight, the police were contacted about a car that is on fire on a parking lot in Skarphagen. The police have been on the scene and conducted a few witness interrogations. A report regarding damage by fire is written. There is no suspect. 

Man arrested by security guards after assault
22:45 information was received that a security guard had arrested a man suspected of assault at a pub in central Linköping. No one is said to have suffered serious injury, and exactly what happened is unclear. The man in question is suspected of the crime and is removed from the scene.

Aside from this, the police have handled many cases related to intoxication on the streets. They have also, as usual, conducted a large number of routine checks on their own initiative or after a tip from the public.
