Woman chased by man in the forest
Just before 23:00, the police were contacted by ambulance personnel regarding a man under the influence of narcotics. Initially, it was handled as a care issue, but the police were involved after suspicions of a crime arose. The man in question is said to have threatened and chased a woman with a knife while they were camping in the forest in Eskilstuna municipality. He is also said to have torn apart the tent. The ambulance is in contact with the affected woman when the police are involved, but it is unclear where the man went after the incident. The police go out into the area and begin a search operation. Soon, the police dog handler sees the man in a tent, and he is arrested on suspicion of aggravated threats and narcotics offenses after some resistance. The suspect is in his 30s. The police have conducted a search of both the tent and a car parked nearby. 

Intoxicated man taken into custody after assault
At 23:00, the police were contacted by a man who is said to have been beaten by another in Nyfors in Eskilstuna. The police come to the scene and meet a 65-year-old man who is suspected of assault. The man is taken into custody for intoxication.

Man arrested on suspicion of assault
Around midnight, the police are contacted about information that a man is suspected of assaulting a woman somewhere in Nyköping. The two involved have some kind of relationship to each other. The police respond to an address where the man is located, and he is arrested on suspicion of assault of the normal grade. The affected woman has not suffered serious injury. 

Aside from this, the police have handled reports of fights and made routine checks on their own initiative or after being alerted by the public.
