Police observe a vehicle with deviant behavior and decide to conduct a control.

The driver, a 45-year-old man, blows positively into the police's breathalyzer instrument and is thereby suspected of drunk driving as the driver operated the vehicle under the influence of alcohol. The man's driver's license is taken by the patrol.
