Two cars involved in traffic accident on E4.
At the Järva krog traffic intersection on E4, a driver has driven into another car. A person is complaining of pain and is checked by ambulance personnel. The police issue a fine for disorder, which means a fine to one of the drivers for not adjusting the distance.
