Police are ordered to Vårdsätravägen in the Norby area of Uppsala municipality due to a traffic accident between two cars.

A person, a man in his 40s, is taken by ambulance to hospital for further care and examination. The man was then awake and able to speak but complained of neck pain, among other things, with unclear injury status.

Police have directed traffic at the scene in connection with the accident and during the subsequent salvage work. The patrol has also conducted an interview with the drivers and documented the accident site.

The patrol is drawing up a report on negligence in traffic to be able to investigate the accident, no information about anyone being detained on suspicion of a crime.
