Police, ambulance and fire department are alerted to the location, where both the car driver and the moped rider are still present. The accident is said to have occurred at low speed at an intersection. The moped rider, a man in his 50s, reports pain in a knee and is taken to hospital by ambulance. A report of failure to observe a right of way and causing bodily harm is drawn up, initially with the car driver as suspected.
