During the day, the police were contacted regarding a man who was located outside a store in Sundsvall. The man is said to have behaved in a way that was perceived as unpleasant. He then left on a bicycle but was soon found by a police patrol. The man, who is in his 40s, was taken into custody according to the LOB, the law on the apprehension of intoxicated persons. He is suspected of gross breach of the knife law.
